REFUND POLICY

The Home Mission Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates The Home Mission websites (the “Service”).

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using The Home Mission website and any subdomains under thehomemission.com (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Throughout the sites, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Home Mission Limited. We offer these websites, including all information, tools, and services available from these sites, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Please review our Terms of Service for more details.

 

No Refunds on Downloadable Digital Products

Due to the digital downloadable nature, private label rights (PLR) and master resell rights (MRR) of the course and products within “The Home Mission Liberation Courses aka Rebrand Resells”. There are NO refunds or exchanges available for this product.

This includes Products within Templates and Tools and Done For You Friendly Funnels.

All sales for digital downloadable products are final.

There are no exceptions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have reviewed the product details and compatibility before making a purchase. Should you have trouble or need additional assistance please ask for help in the community, refer to the course modules, or CONTACT US and we will be more than happy to assist you the best we can.

However any request for a refund will be denied.

 

Return Policy

The Licensee and Buyer acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of the Product being eligible for download, all sales of the Product are final and non-refundable.

This policy is in place to prevent potential misuse, including scenarios where a customer could download the Product, request a refund, and consequently retain the Product free of charge.

The Licensee must clearly communicate this return policy to their customers prior to the sale of the Product, ensuring that customers understand that they are purchasing a non-refundable product.

Failure to comply with this return policy or any misrepresentation of it to customers may result in immediate termination of the Rebrand Resells MRR/PLR Agreement, and/or Home Mission brand at the sole discretion of The Home Mission, in addition to any other remedies available to The Home Mission under law or equity.

 

Procedure in Event of Refund

In the unlikely event that a refund is issued to a customer, the customer is required to return all copies of the Product within ten (10) days of the date of refund.

The customer must provide proof satisfactory to The Home Mission that all copies of the Product in their possession have been deleted, destroyed, or otherwise made unavailable for their use.

Notwithstanding the refund, the customer remains bound by the terms of this Agreement that survive termination, including but not limited to the obligations of non-disclosure, non-disparagement, and any other provisions intended to survive termination.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with these requirements may result in legal action by The Home Mission, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, copyright infringement, or other appropriate legal remedies.

With our 200+ Creative Courses Lifetime Membership, we have a 30-Day “Performance Promise” Guarantee. Our Performance Promise policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Shipping

As the products within The Home Mission Emporium suite are digital products. These are delivered digitally and therefore there is NO shipping of physical items.
